What they charge
Industry standard: 10–15% commission on bookings. The studio pays a rate, the agent takes their percentage, you keep the rest. No legitimate agency charges upfront fees.
How to evaluate any agency
The agency name matters less than the specific agent you’re assigned to. Before signing anywhere:

- Talk to performers who are currently on the roster
- Read the agency agreement before signing
- Ask about exclusivity terms and how to terminate
- Never pay upfront — that’s a scam, always
